Stationwest Burlington (Adi Development Group) - Real Estate -

Ridiculous prices for the location. Sure it's close to a GO line but it's more than 75 min ride into Toronto and the units are tiny. They top price of $450K for not even 900 sqft. For that price it should be double the space. This is the suburbs, I can get s unit for that price on the subway line in Toronto. Why would anyone want to pay such a price out there.
