That rendering is in fact of Greenpark Home's "The Upper Villlage" phase 1 proposal ... this application is known as Anagni Homes at the Town of Markham Planning Department, which is a completely different application by Eldin, who owns northerly abutting lands

ugh, whats with every single high rise tower along Markham Road putting in that unnecessary row of parking between the high rises and the street? This stretch could have felt relatively urban with the soon to be 7 towers along it.. if they actually had real street frontage.

Maybe because the area is so suburban, and close to the permanent urban-rural boundary, that making it more urban would look odd there.
