I'm interested in buying a condo at St. Gabriel Terraces at 650 Sheppard Ave. East by Shane Baghai.
From what I read, it is fully furnished and it has a very luxurious decor and is built well.

I just wanted to ask other people's opinion or comments about this complex. Anything I should know about this place? Anything bad? Any reviews from owners or tenants of this place? Will resale value of this place be an issue?

Did you end up buying the unit in 650 Sheppard? Were you able to get information about the building? I am thinking of buy a 1+1 bedroom, and I am trying to gather some information about the building. The only thing that worries me is the high maintenance fees. I would really appreciate if you could give me some information about the building.
