How is this area in terms of location, potential, resale, community, etc..
By area I mean the side streets north and south of st clair but not close to eglinton going north -
more like dupont to rogers and lansdowne to dufferin
Would it be a good investment to buy in this location?
Anyone live here or know much about it? Pros/Cons?
