The 18 Yorkville villas are amazing. I love the combination of European scale with the unique front door entranceways. It seems to say "we live in a big city where 2 storey buildings with front yards don't cut it anymore, but we are still going to pay homage to our bay and gable roots with simple front porches."

What are they building at Casa? An ark?

Agreed. I'd take 100000 18 yorkville villa buildings over 90% of the highrises and lowrise townhouses being built around town. That's what I'd hoped to see at cityplace; in many barren spots around the city.
