Separate Thread for Festivals?

Has anybody ever thought about creating a separate thread for festivals, rather than lumping them into Neighbourhoods or Out & About? Seems there's always a festival going on in this city and it could be the logical place for Pride, Carabana, TIFF, Nuit Blanche, Hot Docs, Wine, Jazz, Dragon Boat....the list goes on. What do you think?

I don't seen an overwhelming need to be honest. There are barely any active threads about festivals as is.
