Second Ryerson campus at the foot of Jarvis?

the main ryerson campus is quite an urban campus. It doesn't have to create that false urban feel some universities try to do.

However UFT has the best location.

I'd love to see Ryerson thrust with confidence eastward, bringing some gentrifying power with it. At very least northward and/or southward along the Church St corrridor; there's still several parking lots and other redevelopable sites in both directions.
