I'm upset over this. He was ever-present in my childhood (my parents would frequently watch Bond films) and an icon that I always looked up to.

Sir Sean as Bond was my childhood hero. As hard as I tried with the martinis, smokes, shooting off guns, and womanising, I never did live up to his standard.
The first ever celebrity to die who had me tearing up....well, unless you include Keith Flint but I don't count rave legends as celebs really.

I thought that George Reeves and Christopher Reeve were related. Turns out that they're not related (despite having very similar surnames) aside from playing as Superman.

Roger Moore was older than Sean Connery. Sean Connery played James Bond until he was 41. Roger Moore was 46 at the time of replacement. Roger Moore died on May 23, 2017.
