A plan to create an 11 km park between Bluffers to East Point in Scarborough is taking shape and the TRCA wants to hear from residents/businesses. On Thursday, January 28th, the TRCA will be hosting a meeting at Qssis Banquet Hall, located at 3474 Kingston Road (just west of Markham Road) in Scarborough, from 5 to 7 p.m. followed by a presentation and question and answer session.
