It's weird seeing the old Monarch building like that. It looks as if a bomb went off!

so much development and still there is so much room to grow...

I always question the people who say there is no more room.

Look around Toronto, there are so many places to build condos and townhouses.


Two new big areas are the Eglinton and Black Creek, huge potential site there.

Also the 401 and Islinton as well. Lots of land there, near the highway and such.
