Not sure how you determine "better"...but, what the hey, I will pick Toronto because it has a better chance of still being there tomorrow.

No problem, I hope this is the last one. I was just interested because SF lacks many of Chicago's social problems.

SF has its share of social issues, but at same time so does Toronto.

Anyway, I find these threads really pointless, nothing of interest is gained by them.

I am tired of Toronto vs. [insert city superficially similar to Toronto] threads, as each city has its own benefits and its own problems, some of which are unique. It is very hard to stay constructive with these threads.
