Running through the 6

Any long distance runners here? I'm training for a marathon and looking for a running buddy. Apologies if there's already a running thread, I just didn't want to narc any old ones.

I'm not a runner, but a long distance cyclist, running is too hard on the joints for me, and slow. Lamp posts and buildings just crawl by, but I have to admire anyone addicted to the need to remain in motion. It's difficult for normal people to understand, but once initiated, the endorphins get you hooked very quickly.
