This morning I saw two men pull up in a large, white SUV on Nelson and proceed to take a very detailed and close examination of the site with a large, still camera.
They didn't want to miss an inch it seemed. They unloaded a ladder from the truck and the camera man hiked up to the top and re-took most of the pictures from that angle. Perhaps this is the beginning of a proposal?
