Real estate agents - why do you do this?

LOL Sometimes we're stuck between a rock and a hard place, and sometimes the agent just needs a good kick to do better. I'd love to see 98% of the agents do a better job. Maybe the intention is to market to the lowest common denominator?

Otherwise, frankly, I think it's a matter of incompetence and carelessness.
