80% of small to medium sized developers are washing dirty money.
100% of large scale condo and single family/townhome developments are shit.
Build quality is getting worse and worse each year. Seems like oversight is dead.
Builders are getting very sneaky and hoping customers don't notice.
98% of new home layouts are the EXACT SAME. It's getting so boring...
Generational developers are producing the shittiest quality. After all, they didn't start the businesses.
Buy a home from a new project, and every other item is an upgrade once you get to your decor appointment. EVERY SINGLE THING IS AN UPGRADE. Don't be fooled by renders from builders. If you don't upgrade anything, you might as well go buy a 20 year old home because it will look the same.
The contractors building your home, are usually high on weed during the job (I saw this firsthand, it's insane).
I can probably rant some more. But this is good for now.
