Queen West Galleries moving to Bloor/Lansdowne?

I heard a rumour that Mercer Union and the Loop Gallery will soon be moving to Bloor/Lansdowne, following the Toronto Free Gallery which recently relocated there. Can anyone confirm?

Would be great for the neighbourhood. Lots of empty storefronts, and I would guess that prices are cheaper there than most commercial areas.

I heard a rumour...that Mercer Union's current space is being considered for a future condo....

But an arts district within a 15 minute walk of my place? Cool.
