Erasing history teaches nothing. The Germans have done an amazing job of using their history to remind us of what happened.
The only thing the democrats are good at erasing is their popularity. Never underestimate their uncanny ability to turn every advantage they have against themselves and snatch the defeat from the jaws of victory. So even IF there are fair elections again (and it's a big if), watch them ram another 'brilliant' candidate through their primary process that is supposed to defeat Trump in 2028. I wouldn't put it past them to declare that Chuck 'The Rizzler' Schumer is their best chance to defeat Trump this time around. Heck, they might even dust off ye ol' Hillary Clinton and take her out for another spin. Because what could possibly go wrong with that plan? They'll do anything and everything in their power to lose an election.
