There's still room for more development, and now they're "planning vibrant pedestrian-oriented streetscapes", and this document holds a lot of potential. A lot of that was unfortunately wasted with many of the area's recent condos. It can still be improved.

makes you imagine that one day you'd be able to go from The Beaches to Humber Bay along a magnificent stretch of vibrant neighbourhoods, parks, and beaches.. hope we live to see it
