After these 2 are built, there will be only 3 more towers to go for the area. How tall they will be is another story since the city doesn't like tall buildings in the first place that were original plan for that area and the local want them under 40s.
The 3 will be on Hurontario that will see an LRT come 2022 that will support taller towers in the first place.
The street between these towers and Amber is now open to Hurontario.

Hm...interesting. I don't see anything of really great architectural merit here...but atleast the materials look realistic to how the project will look.
From the looks of the podium, it looks as if a retail component will be provided. The middle part of the podium has a look of a mall entrance for whatever reason.

The top floor of the podium will probably house the amenities along with a rooftop terrace.
