this is one of the better looking buildings going up in Toronto these days. I especially like the glass corners, and oversized glass units used on the lower floors. Also impressed by how quickly this one went up compared to others in the neighbourhood.

Just be happy it's brick and not precast or glass panels or metal sheeting. As much as I agree with you, I think we should be grateful that it's brick and not something worse.
