The 2nd tower base is ready for the tower crane.

Didn't have enough time to do the normal shooting of the site today.

Depending on the weather, the first phase should be at grade about the end of Feb since there is only 2 level of underground parking.

2nd tower crane up an working on the foundation by the GO Station.

This project should be a few floors tall before the new GO Station finally open in the spring/summer of 2016 considering it started 3 years ago and this only got underway Feb this year.

This project will be top off at grade by the end of the month for the first tower that started a year ago.

Mean while next door, still working on the GO station that started 3 years ago with still no elevators or fare counter in use.

The crash wall along the rail corridor thanks to Metrolinx is costing an extra $1 Million to build it. It costing $29,000 per parking space to be built under ground. One section to be pour this week to top off the first grade level area for the tower.

Very sad to look at the Burlington GO next door and this project to see how bad Metrolinx and Bondfield are doing on the station. 3 years of construction and the station will not be finish until Spring 2017

More up on site
This is moving very fast with Tower 2 under construction with Tower 3 to start later this year. Really puts the New Burlington GO Station to shame considering it started 2 years for this project and will not be completed tell Spring/Summer this year.

Tower one is top off and work on tower 2 at the 5th level

This doesn't speak well for the Burlington GO Station that started 18 months before this project and could finally fully open in June.

This is moving on nicely with tower 3 ready to come out of the ground. With the opening of all of Burlington GO Station, you can get closer shots now than before. You can see where the underground parking will be extended south for the next phase now.

Tonight. First tower (western tower) is nearing cladding completion, will probably start to occupy in the next few months. Second tower (middle tower) is topped out, with lots of ugly (albeit hard to see at night) window wall and precast going up.. This is G+C after all. Third phase, closest to the camera, is around 8 floors up out of 20.

The mass of this thing is huge, it is very prominent from the QEW.
