Open House: Providing for Good Jobs and Supporting Services in the South of Eastern Area
The City is holding an Open House, where you can drop by to gather information, speak with staff and share comments.

City Planning has initiated the Unilever Precinct Planning Study to comprehensively consider and consult on a transformative vision initially advanced by a private developer, First Gulf, for a new major employment node focused on office employment, with a substantial retail component. This study is also coordinated with a broad range of initiatives within and adjacent to the South of Eastern area including:

- Film and Creative Industries: Port Lands and South of Eastern film employment opportunities
- The Municipal Yard Consolidation Study: planning for the future of existing municipal employment at the Booth Yard
