Ontario is looking to build a new "Science facility complex" for the Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks and the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, replacing the existing facility on Resource Road.

No location is specified beyond it being located in Oakville, but my guess would be the IO owned lands off of Ford Drive south of the 403. They filed an OPA in 2022 to get it redesignated to permit employment uses similar to this:
