Threads already exist for these two projects - including updates about Metrolinx preliminary plans for the stations on these sites:

Pre-application consultation at Metro Hall tonight at 6pm.

662-668 King St W (Allied?/Metrolinx, ?s, ?)

Perhaps @interchange42 could decide how to disentangle this.

* I note 663 already had a Database entry due to earlier proposals/iterations.

662 does not, meaning you wouldn't see it on the map; I can understand how that would get overlooked.

Seems like the same issues exist for the Queen-Spadina plans - huge lobbies. The docs are up here:

NE corner: here
SW corner: here

My interest is the NE corner, and the absence of a substantial entrance and some sort of micro retail fronting Spadina seems like a lost opportunity. Long, impervious sheet of glass on a heritage façade The documents and plans for both buildings seem to be oriented towards Queen W. rather than Spadina.

As was said in the Transportation Forum, we'll see how it goes, whether we keep separate threads for the station and the buildings above, or not.
