One6Nine Jones Townhomes (Lifestyle Custom Homes) - Real Estate -

I really liked the layout and design, especially the huge roof decks. I'm not too familiar with that neighbourhood (Leslieville), but it appeared up and coming (especially on Gerrard, Dundas appeared to need more updates). I didn't like the small one way streets and eventual laneway access to the garage, but it's an old area and not much they could do about that.
 
Very curious to see how this turns out. I wonder what that covered up hole in the roof is for. Anyone know what the maintenance fees will look like?
