This heritage house has got to come down.:(

But wow, this is incredibly stylish for Waterloo, and would look great in Toronto!

Will it sell in Waterloo?

In a just world, that faux-historicist monstrosity on the other side of King St. S. would be coming down, rather than that respectable old house. Though, I don't know Waterloo very well, but if this project has a King St. address, why is the house (clearly separated from King by that small side street) coming down? Will the new building be cutting through the street, which doesn't appear to be a proper municipal street anyway?
