"The condo coddler"
I might like it more were I to see it in person, but then I might find it more horrible than I do now. Not that every piece of public art should be to my taste, nor should they all be pleasant to behold… but this one isn't doing much more for me than eliciting the thoughts "banal" and "ugly" — which makes it perfect for this building.
