Crappy spandrel glass and aluminum composite panels that are already misshapen and oil-canning. What an absolute travesty that this is allowed to rise on the same site as a building like the Imperial.
 
I think it's going to look better than alot of other spandrel coated condos. This looks almost thought out. At least so far...
 
The black and white thing needs to stop. Keep it simple; all white and the composite panels.

Oil canning you say? Quite fitting for a building on the same site as the Imperial then! Love that the developer is taking the heritage of the site to heart. ;)
 
Very good progress is being made on the construction of this building. Looking forward to the start of the construction on Blue Diamond Condos, the next structure of Imperial Village.
 
I don't get it. Is this some poor attempt to mimic the form of the office building? The window spacing is similar. I don't know. I'm trying to justify why this thing exists.
