NYT has deigned our market worthy of discussion as part of its discussion of international real estate.

Some generalities about the market, but the focus is the Murry House right on the Bluffs, over looking the lake.

A couple of comments:

Downtown and Pearson are both apparently only 30M from the Bluffs.......who knew? I wonder by what means, I didn't see a helicopter pad on the property.

Second, apologies to the current owners......but if you're messing w/the original kitchen.....those countertops are not forgivable.

Final thought.....difficult to tell from the photos, but looks like maybe 30ft to the Bluff.

No mention of the erosion rate......hmmm.

TRCA continues to buy out 1-3 owners every year......... there may be a few surivivors, but most Bluffs homes will be gone in 5 decades; if not sooner.

In a real estate blurb? I'm surprised they didn't say "steps to downtown."
