It's on the drawing board. Lots of it, and the city (and many of its residents, including me) are concerned about the ability of Lakeshore Road, already congested, to handle the coming load.

I doubt it can handle the load too. Mississauga has got to find a spot to put another bridge across the Credit, one for the Hurontario LRT, which should end to the west of the river, and also for MiWay Lakeshore buses (and future LRT vehicles) to pass over. Pedestrians and cyclists should benefit from that bridge too.
