Weird how the perspective makes the 4 cables in the middle look like 2 cables (i.e. in the pic, east side has 6 cables, west side has 5 cables)

So the cables have been brought down to what looks like their finished positions.

Launching trusses have been erected on the bridge deck of the north tower of the bridge
(for construction over the water, whereas they hoist materials up from below on the landlocked south tower side).
