Agreed. I quite like the look. And it gets rid of some atrocious old suburban houses that have been converted into tired small offices (Edward Jones in the middle, IIRC).Interesting design - looks like LA meets Copenhagen. It's success will come down to the quality of the materials.
UD, chill. As was pointed out by mjl08, the finishings will make or break. Your awesome Googling skills found some renders with much poorer finishes. Congrats.^You have got to be joking: it's a pos and therefore breaks my #1 development rule: if it's uglier than the building it replaces it must never be built.
