Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium Set on Wellington

Anyone seen it? There's a picture on page a13 of Wednesday's Post. Quite neat looking: a small fantasy-like store sandwiched between two 'skyscrapers'. Not as impressive as the Cinderella Man Bay-conversion, but cool nonetheless. And good to see some larger productions back in the city - it was a brutal spring for the local film industry,

Haven't seen it, but the same movie shoot converted the Goodwill on Coxwell into a bed store last week. Friend of mine got some pics of Hoffman and Portman on the street.

The burger joint facade from Kiss's Detroit Rock City remained at King & Church for years afterward. Delightful florist Luc is in that space now.

Indeed, and summer isn't looking a hell of a lot better.

I think Mr. Margorium's Wonder Emporium should be back shooting on Wellington next week, they were in rain cover today (and probably tomorrow too).
