Man I love this building. First a couple of great furniture stores. Now a large art gallary is opening on the corner of King and Sherbourne. High ceilings, split level. Not to mention the condos above. Great addition to the area. :tup:

Seriously, I think the waterfront would be wonderful if Context is the "preferred developer" - they should be rewarded for their service to the city.

Wait - note that the head of context is also an urban planner
