Our "dead meet" rainy walk through Mount Pleasant Cemetery in mid-June with some fellow Urban Torontoers. We only covered the part of cemetery west of Mount Plesant Rd, but will tackle the other half next year.
Enjoy!

Captain Fluke? No offense, but I can't help but treat this as a superhero's mausoleum. Well, until I read this.

As they say, money can't buy taste. This thing is Steve Stavro's grave.
Seriously, that's the late Knob Hill Farms' logo.
I tend to think of this as the equivalent of a Mississauga monster home being built in the middle of Cabbagetown. It really does ruin an otherwise tasteful cemetery. Sorry Steve.
Probably the highlight of the cemetery is the Massey Family Mausoleum. It was designed by EJ Lennox.
