TBH, it's about half the size of Rouge River Park.

Still a great venture though, and a good idea to pre-emptively protect the remaining land on the island.

Well....yes....but............to be fair, your talking about the Rouge Park that encompasses lands in Markham/York Region, and Pickering/Durham.

The portion of Rouge Park within City of Toronto limits is actually smaller than the new Montreal offering, currently.
