Chinese retirement residence community coming soon to North-West corner of Steeles/Midland. I'll post more info when available.

I count 25 storeys on the taller tower, larger than I expected. Looks bland but rather decent for the area. Meets the street, which is rare in this suburban area. Maybe even retail units along Steeles.

For a retirement centre, this looks pretty nice.

I gotta say, it is very impressive for a retirement home, much better then Regina's Chartwell Renaissance Seniors Apartments.

Also according too Google Maps, Midland Ave is going to be extended too Sunrise Dr. This is going to be a change too the TTC 57 Midland Route.
