I feel this is worth a thread, the first major proposal in Milton's eastern block, between the Sixteen Mile Creek Greenbelt Lands and the 407. The proposal includes 166 detached homes, 136 semi-detached, 856 townhomes of various types, and roughly 1057 units in mixed-use developments which will have individual applications, for a total of roughly 2500 residential units.
note this coloured plan is older and includes commercial and high density residential blocks, which have been replaced by mixed use medium and high density blocks respectively in the official proposal.
