Where on that stretch can you build any further?

You can't, unless you rezone some of the row houses east of Collier St. Any high-rise there would have great northern views that would never be obstructed due to the ravine. Don't see it happening, though. It's actually a great little neighbourhood. You'd never guess you're spitting distance to Bloor St.
 
Agreed, Collier (east of Park Rd) is a charming row.

It may not be the easiest site to work with but the triangular plot of land where King Palace Restaurant/Car Wash (on Church) may be a site of redevelopment potential.

Where is this taken from? I can see the condo at 7 Carlton St. in the lower middle right.

This thing is shaping up to be a major spandrel eyesore. The cladding is giving G+C a run for their money in the cheap and shoddy department. Yet another example where one feels nostalgia for the parking lot that used to be here.









 
To be honest ... the glass is decent and the spandral isn't terrible ... I don't mind this one. Balcony glass could make a huge difference as well here.
