Here's an update of some of the projects ongoing at Mississauga City Centre...

Solstice, currently underway at a tight corner of Webb Drive and Duke of York...

Cladding is a tan colour, unlike Citygate..

Universal rising steadily...

Currently the tallest underway in Mississauga, One Park Tower..

Slightly north of MCC, on Eglinton, Tuscany Gates..

The sign of things to come...hoarding up at Absoluteworld...

You call this a mini update? That was the biggest update I have seen in a while! Thanks.

One Park looks great so far, and its so tall! I can't wait for the city to get started on the park/square in front of the tower.

Hey Andrew, thx, didn't see anyone else...what beautiful weather, though....

also btw, didn't get around to the eve site, there is no crane yet, although there is a very big hole in the ground now..

One Park still has six floors to go, plus the peaked roof...really making an impact.

Something about One Park Tower is reminding me of the Empire State Building (Wonder why), but Im liking it. Also didn't realize Tuscani Gates was so far along already.

Thanks for the great update. Would still like to see a good skyline angle if there is one.

Does anyone have a true height for One Park Tower?

Canuck, emporis has it at.. Height (struct.) 121 m 397 ft ..

but I don't know how accurate this is...38 floors plus a fairly substantial roof, it could be over 400ft, maybe...

Ya, I was thinking the same. Emporis has it at the same height as Solstice, despite them both being 38 floors and with the substantial roof element on One Park.

Does Mississauga post zoning documents online like the City of Toronto?
