I am looking at a couple of units listed at this building here on MLS

The building is a touch older I believe 9-10 years sold however looks to be in good condition.

I like the fact that there is no gym, which I feel sometimes drives up condo fees very high.

Taxes and condo fee's seem average

Does anyone live here?, know anyone who does?

Any opinions on the management?

What should someone looking at a one bedroom with parking expect to pay?

I see a couple of units around $250k is this good value?

I hope to purchase and look to sell in 3-5 years and make a little bit of money

Although I generally agree with his statement I think the spring is a good time to buy in this case (less the possibility of future price drops).

As pointed out above typically demand far outweighs supply in the spring which tends to drive prices up on an interim basis. What I am seeing though, is many new listings and very few sales relatively speeking. In other words, although demand has increased supply has increased even more so. Due to this we haven't seen the increases in price - actually decreases.

Now if waiting is an option, however, it is likely we'll see future prices ... more then likely. For some time to come as well.
