Height changed from 40.00 m to 38.10m. Total units reduced from 219 units to 214 units. The total parking was reduced from 137 parking to 130 parking. Total bike parking increased from 219 bike parking to 225 bike parking.

Mods, it would be great to rename the thread to Club 285 Condominiums.
 
I like how that aerial contextualizes how close the developments in this area are to the apartment neighborhood to the near South, the huge area of single family homes, and the massively underused Glencairn Station.
