Please correct my title if it's incorrectly formatted....
With the many different Asian malls out there, here's another one... while I'm not oppose to them per se... I hope they garnish a mixture of different stores to cater to all. Without further adieu:

The southwest corner of Major Mackenzie and Highway 404 is slated for an intensified development that will add retail, hospitality and service elements to the offices on the site and in the surrounding area. This proposal calls for 700,000 sq. ft. of retail, 700,000 sq. ft. of office & 200,000 sq. ft. of hotel and conference.
This site will feature high quality urban design in order to create a pedestrian-friendly, vibrant environment that will become a destination for community and commerce.
The site is easily accessible from Major Mackenzie and boasts great visibility from Highway 404. Ample parking will be provided at grade and in well lit underground structured parking that will feature multiple access points to the main street
