Hmm, it just seems incomplete now. My mind keeps filling in the entire box, I guess it's psychological for those who know what it was rendered as. I would've liked a red tinted glass for the units in the box, but I suppose it wouldn't be favourable for the residents.

The red box just looks awkward now. If they did not need all the space for mechanical, they should have lowered the top concrete lid by one floor and allowed the floor above to be a normal unit (instead of having the unit exist in the box).

I think it looks like the render - which is what everyone on here was pushing for. No satisfaction on this forum...
