Located at 230 Adelaide N near downtown London, this is a proposed expansion to the existing London optimist Sports Centre, an indoor soccer facility, also known as the BMO Centre.
"The proposed development concept includes a new 122,000 square foot indoor sports facility comprised of approximately 102,000 square feet of indoor fields, 20,000 square feet of admin area and two new outdoor sports fields"
The proposal also includes a total of 461 new surface vehicle parking spaces and 38 bicycle spaces, as well as a large pedestrian-focused area and walkway.
The site is currently post-industrial with nothing but a small garage-type structure
