32-storey building proposed in the northeast corner of Kent Street and Ridout Street just outside the edge of London's designated downtown core. A total of 260 units are proposed, a mix of one and two bedrooms. 316 total vehicle parking spaces across 3 below-grade and 3 above-grade parking levels, and 238 dedicated bicycle spaces, most of which are at ground level. No retail is proposed for this site.

I hate to gatekeep, but do these London projects really belong here?
I think they do, even if its “Urban Toronto” we still get to document and learn about different area’s and regions around the GTA on here
Absolutely! London in particular is way more influential to the growth of southern Ontario than people realize. The Urban Toronto database has projects from Windsor to Kingston and Fort Erie to Huntsville, but the farther you get from the GTA, the more influential a project has to be. We're not out here making threads for some townhouses in Windsor the way the community tries to document every project in the GTA, but if a 30 storey building was proposed out there, it's worth adding. We have a thread for the Gordie Howe bridge from Windsor to Detroit

Adding my 2 cents -- I'm pretty much only on UT for projects that AREN'T Toronto. The threads with the "Toronto" tag I essentially ignore 🤷‍♂️ give me those projects from London, Hamilton, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Burlington, Guelph, St. Catharine's, Niagara Falls....
