The interesting thing here is the location (inner suburb just off retail-heavy arterial) and the low ratio of parking spots to units (~15 to 77 units.) To have this type of project proposed in a mid-size city on 2 lots currently occupied by sfh says a lot! Some here have been adamant that sfh in Toronto won’t be touched for redevelopment for numerous reasons. I beg to differ.
