For anyone not familiar with this redevelopment it is just outside the central area along Dundas Street East and is quite a success story. Several shops, restaurants, breweries and more have moved in and now the long rumoured Hard Rock Hotel is starting construction to open a 164 phase 1 next December. This is great for a city the size of London!

Here's another big one for London: new application just submitted to redevelop several adjacent sites in conjunction with the existing converted Kelloggs plant.

Per application site:
What is Proposed?
Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments to allow:
• A 44-storey mixed-use development, two (2) 30-storey mixed-use developments, a 6-storey mixed-use development, stacked townhouse units integrated into a 5-storey parking structure and a stand-alone parking structure.
• A total of 974 residential units, 200 hotel rooms and 2,534 parking spaces.
• 17,750 sq.m. of new commercial, office and entertainment space and 4,500 sq.m. of converted office space
