lofts - where to start

Hey guys - first time post.

I want to buy my first house later next year, but I want a loft. Hard or soft not real perf. However i'm just having trouble finding a good source for information, what to look for, listings, new developments, common issues etc etc.
hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I've already done that, and if you'd click the links, browsed/digged a bit deeper, you'd see that aside form "toronto lofts" (but even not by much) most links are either old, or just a point of contact for a broker....

was hoping for a more compresive source

who, most likely, know more about lofts than many people here. there's no point ignoring a potential information source.
