Much development is occuring in the allen sheppard area, and with airports closing and prospective airports rumoured to be more active such as downsview, i sure would like to know if it'll affect price adversely by the noise. One can't compare to the noisy military planes and choppers that fly 9pm at night. please comment Especially if u live in the area or plan to.
